Dominic Lowther: School Portraits, Commercial Photography and DSLR Training Courses I’m Dominic Lowther, owner of DL Photography and Acorns Photography, working as a commercial photographer, school portraits and DSLR Training Course provider in Devon, Somerset and Dorset. I am passionate about the work I do and take pride in using my skills and experience to exceed the expectations of my clients.
My interest in photography goes back further than I can remember. For me, photography is all about capturing your special moments in images that will last forever. The use of natural light can be wonderful due to the tone and atmosphere it brings to my photos; minimising the use of flash also means I can work unobtrusively, capturing people at their most natural and relaxed. There will of course be situations when a studio setting is required when I will use my portable studio lighting equipment.
I love the variety of my work. Every Corporate shoot, School, DSLR Training course, Event or PR shoot is different. Whatever the project, I work closely with all my clients so that they get exactly what they want – plus that something extra that comes from my experience, creativity and eye for a great shot. Part of the secret is putting my clients at ease, letting their real character shine through.
The West Country offers some of the most stunning settings you could ever wish for. In fact, I loved it so much that my wife and I got married in Devon! I live just a short drive from Exeter and the stunning Devon coastline and countryside make living in this corner of the UK very special. I am very lucky to have a great wife and two boys who make me very happy!
I am based in East Devon and provide Corporate photography services and DSLR Training courses throughout the West Country including North, South, East and West Devon, Somerset, and Dorset. I am also available as a photographer in Gloucestershire, Avon and Cornwall. I provide Commercial and Corporate photography throughout the South West or anywhere in the UK.
